Terms and conditions
1) Order deadlines: Please inform me of any deadlines when you order a commission. Extra charges may apply for quick orders. If there's no hurry, please be patient with the process.2) Commission duration: The time needed varies based on the commission type, complexity, and queue. It can range from 1-2 days to 2-3+ months (e.g., VTuber models). On average, completion takes about 1 month from the payment date. For specific time estimates, feel free to ask.3) Usage rights: Private Commissions are for non-commercial use only. If you need a commercial commission, please state this upfront.4) Updates & approvals: Depending on the type of commission you will receive updates and Work-In-Progress (WIP) shots. Some commissions (like illustrations or commercial work) have approval stages. Post-approval changes may incur charges.5) Changes and edits to the commission: Major alterations to the commission will incur additional fees, depending on the nature of the change.6) Payments: I accept payments through PayPal. The total price includes a 6% handling fee. Updates do not have this fee.7) Usage of artwork: Private commissions can be used in smaller sizes for Patreon/Fanbox content. This might include PSD/clip files, speedpaints, etc. If uncomfortable with this, please discuss it with me. Commercial commissions are excluded from this.8) Artwork sales: I may sell the artwork as prints or at conventions. If you're not okay with this, an extra fee may apply. Exclusive license commercial commissions are an exception.9) Detail level: The listed prices are for medium detailed characters. High-detail characters may have an extra fee.10) Additional items: Prices do not include pets, weapons, or extra items.11) Commissions are not strictly first-come, first-serve.12) Communication: You can reach me via Discord, Twitter DMs, or email. I typically respond within 2-3 business days. Twitter has a tendency not to notify me about message requests (1st messages), so If you dont receive a reply after 3 days, I suggest to email: [email protected]13) Refund policy: Refunds are possible if the project significantly exceeds the specified deadline or is canceled by me. If its canceled by me, a full 100% refund is provided. If I surpass the deadline and cannot complete the project, the refund will depend on the amount of work completed. For general rules: no refunds once work starts.14) By commissioning me, you agree to these terms and conditions.
